Jim and I went to Divisoria one Monday afternoon without any plans of going there in the first place – haha so confusing... We left his place at 5pm having in mind that the shops there will closed at 8pm... not knowing that Divisoria has a night market around Tutuban Mall which opens at around 7:30pm until 12 midnight. And so after a long walk around Tutuban Mall, Jim decided to bring me to Ongpin for midnight munching. It was my first time to walk around Ongpin, yay! And it was my first time to eat at China Town ’s famed cuisines. Blah Blah Blah our feet brought us to Wai Ying Fastfood.
As soon as we were handed the menu, Jim started to order right away. We had hakaw, shrimp chong fan, steamed tofu, and mixed cold.
Hakaw, Php 70.00
Hakaw is a dumpling with shrimp inside. Their hakaw did not disappoint. There was a good amount of shrimps inside. Yum-Yum :)
Shrimp Chong Fan, Php 65.00
Chong Fan is steamed flat noodles. Wai Ying offers asado, shrimp, beef, and plain chong fan.

Being here has awakened my desire to roam the streets of Binondo to taste the most authentic Chinese cuisines.
