For our brunch, Jim and I had mussels marinara, siciliana, margherita, and bottomless iced tea.

Mussels Marinara, Php 210.00

Mussels cooked in marinara sauce mixed with garlic and fresh basil. The marinara sauce was awful… L I seriously loooove tomatoes. From chunky tomato salsa, sundried tomatoes, tomato dips… you name it.  But this one... I had to put hot sauce and pepper just to create or balance the taste…

Siciliana, Php 160.00

The siciliana was nothing special.



Margherita, Php 260.00

Created with tomato sauce, basil leaves, and cheese - because sometimes the simplest can be the best. I'd go back here again just for this.

The Amazing Wawa Dam

For some reason, at first I thought going to this place is such a waste of time… but the place itself proved me wrong. I never thought there is such a place in Rizal with such a beautiful landscape just less than 2 hours away from Makati.

The dam is surrounded with huge rock formations… perfect for photography or a thrilling rock climbing adventure.

Wawa Dam is nestled in between two peaks in the mountains of Rizal.

… the man-made falls.

Huts can be rented for only Php 150.00
